To establish the poor and vulnerable people specially the women and youths in the community through making them capable, self-sufficient, self-governed and self-ignition through building capacity, institution building, capital utilization of local resources and imparting self-need based problem solving programs.
Goal :
The challenges of Compact Foundation (CF) therefore are to emerge with a strong voice that says there must be better lives and way of living assured for everyone. Very practically, however CF endeavors to end discrimination against women, the level of poverty and inequality in our society.
Philosophy of Compact Foundation(CF):
Compact Foundation(CF) philosophy lies in empowerment & development of youths, destitute women realizing their own strength and power and with these awakening, the women will able to be organized and make an analysis of their own problems and solution while ensuring their active participation in development activities.
Gender equity & Human rights:
Compact Foundation (CF) is a gender sensitive organization. CF believes that no nation can develop without participation of women in development activities. So the organization is working on various sectors for sustainable development through alternative programs with involvement of women. CF also provide training in group meeting on gender issues and provide legal assistance free of cost.
Execution & Management of the organization:
Compact Foundation(CF) adopt decentralized participatory management system in program implementation. The General body, the supreme authority of the organization consists of 21 members. A 7 member Executive committee is elected biennially out of General body for policy making and program execution. All the policies of executive committee are implemented by the modest staff headed by the Executive Director, who is responsible for overall program implementation and management
At top, mid and field level, the activities of CF are managed by development workers with long year’s professional experiences. Its programs are implemented through participation of all levels of workers within the frame work of Action-plan. Each level of management is encouraged to accept council and advice of the authority concerned to embrace creative solution. They are also encouraged for team spirit and to motivate them to know much. CF provides its workers liberty to take initiative, stimulating participation and continuous search for up-gradation in terms of quality and quantity.
Financial Strategy of the organization:
Compact Foundation (CF) is financially capable to implement any kind of development program. The Fund, receiving from different sources for the purpose of the organization, is accumulated into a Bank account. If the money is needed to withdraw from Bank, the transaction is dealt with joint signatures of the President, Secretary and treasurer. Yearly budget of the organization is approved in the General meeting for every year.

Monitoring:
Compact Foundation(CF) has a strong monitoring & Evaluation team. CF take care of its Vision, Mission and core values. This development program is continually being monitored and evaluated to determine its progress and effectiveness, as well as to show where changes may be necessary. It is carried out in a participatory way with the participants.
Reporting:
Compact Foundation (CF) maintain reporting system strictly. The field staffs submit their report on their activities to the area manager monthly. The Area Manager compiles it regularly and submits it to the higher authority. The reporting systems of CF are of 4 types such as – monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual.
